Trainer’s Biography

Nermien Attia A. Ibrahim, is an Assist Prof of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt.

She has joined the IBCT, as a human resource development expert & internationally certified trainer, since 2009. Since then, she has participated in a wide range of HRD activities.

It is worth mentioning that during her work as a supervisor on the Faculty of Medicine training unit, the first TNA and comprehensive training plan for the faculty staff members and academic leaders has been developed and implemented.

Promoting key values, as honesty, respect, and authenticity, during training, is an integral part of her practice. She believes that being alive and the continuous pursuit of learning are inseparable.
