Professor Mohamoud Ahmed Moussa Elkhateeb was the Head of Business administration dept., and Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM)-Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration)-Helwan University. He has participated in lots of national and regional projects and activities, including, a member of the national Board of the Faculty & leadership development Project (FLDP); coordinator and principal trainer of the national program “Training of Trainer” (TOT) of Faculty members of Egyptian Universities; Director of a Project called” Human resource planning & Management” of Helwan University, financed by HEEPF; advisor of Helwan University for Higher Education Enhancement projects. He has an excellent experience on exhaustive field work in both Management and Human Resource Management – inclusive of Consulting and Training.; college teaching in Business Administration with special interest in the subjects of Human Resources, Organizational Performance, and Business Policies; Conducting of sizeable Research and Consulting Programs in the field of Human Resource Management, management skills, leadership and organization development within Egypt and the Arab world.
