Giving feedback to your trainees is not an easy task! Lots of trainers lack the skill of how professionally deliver feedback. In some cases, giving feedback is even a difficult job to experienced trainers.

Based on our surveys, it turned out that giving feedback to trainees who characterized by some reactive behaviors while receiving their feedback by their trainers. Clear examples to those, are trainees who tend to cry, yell, deny, and explode once you start giving them the feedback.

In this post, we will publish a video that gives some useful tips on how to deal, as a trainer, with trainees who tend to cry while receiving their feedback.
