The Board has just approved a new certification service for training companies.

Training industry is the ever-growing industry nowadays. The market became saturated with training companies; a single company would provide wide variety of training programs across the globe utilizing the subject-experts who located everywhere without the need to move around! Talent development professionals need to identify those training providers that only meet the highest quality standards in the industry. Such a demand has triggered IBCT to help corporates and multi-national organizations who outsource their training to decide on what training companies that meet minimum but high professional standards in this regards. Therefore, the Board has just voted for approving a new certification for training companies.

The IBCT scientific committee has just finished the development of the standards of training company certification. The certification manual for training companies along with the standards will be published very soon. The Board decision was to accept requests from training companies effective from 1st June, 2015.
