How Trainers Overcome their Lack of Experience!
What does it mean to have ‘real’ training experience?
Does it mean having the know-how? Or mastering the training skills? Maybe it’s the number of official training hours you’ve received. To make it clear, many references agreed that it’s the number of training hours that delivered by you as a trainer. This is why if you just achieved a professional Train-The-Trainer program, you are considered as a fresh trainer who lacks the real training experience!

While most of the time this means that you don’t qualify for that job – assuming that you have just started out, it’s certainly not the end of the world.
Whatever the case, this doesn’t mean that you can’t go ahead and apply for the job. While training experience seems to be more important than skills, some talent professionals prove that it could be overcome.
